I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Erin. She remembered me from my call a week earlier when I set up the appointment. That was impressive. She guided me through the check in process and kept me updated while work was being completed. Lastly, she delivered unpleasant news about my car with empathy. I appreciated that. Overall, Erin did a nice job and I found her personable and knowledgeable.
