I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Erin. She remembered me from my call a week earlier when I set up the appointment. That was impressive. She guided me through the check in process and kept me updated while work was being completed. Lastly, she delivered unpleasant news about my car with empathy. I appreciated that. Overall, Erin did a nice job and I found her personable and knowledgeable.
Had a great experience buying a Ford Bronco. The price was at least $3,500 cheaper than comparable vehicles, everyone I worked with was friendly. Wyatt and Tyson helped immensely with the process of financing using an outside bank and the process ended smoothly. Will definitely consider buying a future Fordvehicle here.
